The File > Export Bond Data command allows you to generate a detailed report
of the bond distances and angles for every site in your structure - up to a
maximum distance, Bmax.
You can set the Bmax value using the Transform > List Bonds command: enter your maximum distance in the dialog, specify a site by clicking on its entry in the site list, and click the OK button. You can then use the File > Export Bond Data command to re-generate a bonds file with the new bond distance limit. |
